Powder Coating is ideal where an attractive, hard wearing and cost effective finish is needed, eg control enclosures, metal fencing and industrial seat frames.

Items to be powder coated are initially degreased using our vapour degreaser. They are then loaded onto an overhead conveyor. The conveyor passes the item through a spraying tunnel, where it is coated from both sides. The coating is carried out by skilled powder sprayers using the latest equipment.

Once the item has been coated it passes through a tunnel oven, which cures and flows the powder coating into an attractive and durable finish.

When the item leaves the oven it cools and is then unloaded, checked and packed.

We stock a wide range of colours and textures, and can obtain special powders to order. Our overhead conveyor system and tunnel oven will accommodate items up to 4 metres in length and 115kg in weight. Larger items can also be manually processed.
